Zombie Cajun "Lagniappe (Lan-Yap)" Hot Pepper Sauce. While still providing Zombie Protection, we wanted to give you something extra! Lagniappe Pepper Sauce has extra spice, extra flavor, extra peppers, and is extra thick. You have to try this unique flavored sauce. Not about the hot on this one, rated a 3 out of 10 for heat.

Got the gift set for Xmas. Lagniappe was the first I tried. It's thick and flavorful, but not too spicy; you'll only experience a mild lingering after consumption. Perfect amount of heat for my breakfast burritos in the morning. Would recommend!

I keep six or seven different brands of cayenne sauce in the refrigerator. I use some brands more than others. It typically takes several months to go through a bottle of the brand that I was using most frequently.
But the bottle of Lagniappe didn't make it two weeks. It's different than cayenne sauces I've found in the store, which are typically heavy on the vinegar flavor and frankly sort of boring. Lagniappe is cayenne up front, and a little jalepeño and onion flavor gives it more depth than other Cajun hot sauces.
If are reading this because you scour the internet for hot sauce in your free time, then: 1) you are on your way to spiritual enlightenment; and 2) are probably the kind of person who will appreciate Lagniappe. I've already ordered four more bottles.

So our children gave me the Gift Box of Zombie Hot Cajun Hot Sauce for Christmas. I’m using the sauces in order. I taste new sauces in the same ritualistic manner: a drop on a spoon; into the back of the mouth; swirl; swallow; wait; judge. My bottle of Lagniappe is gone. None of it was contaminated by any other food. Like great rum, I drank it a swig at a time directly from the bottle. It has taken it’s place among other great condiments and flavorings that deserve to be enjoyed directly from the container. (It’s a sickness, say my children. They still don’t understand what prompts me to drink salad dressings and eat mustards from the jar. I hope someday they’ll come to appreciate the joy of pure flavor, unencumbered.) At any rate, you make great stuff, and I’m recommending it to others.

My favorite of all their hot sauces, not too hot and thick like I like it.
